Xponential acquires metabolic health brand, partners with fitness and dance platform

Xponential Fitness has agreed to acquire the metabolic health brand Lindora. Under the terms of the transaction, Lindora’s 31 clinics will become Xponential franchise locations, and Xponential will acquire all of Lindora’s intellectual property and franchise the brand globally. The transaction is expected to close in early 2024.
