XXL has introduced the Klarna in-store payment system, a service that gives customers the opportunity to split their payment into instalments, postpone it or pay all at once, all by telephone. The new payment system will be rolled out in all of XXL's 77 stores in the Nordic countries during the month of October. Under this system, customers enter their mobile phone number to receive a link. After clicking on the link, they can then choose a payment option and complete the purchase. The process takes less than one minute without having to provide any information to the staff in the store.
