Zara has launched a line of fitness apparel and running shoes for men under its private label for sports products, Athleticz, limited for sale on its website and at some of its stores in Paris, Milan, Dubai, Manchester, Leidschendam-Voorburg (the Netherlands), Barcelona, Madrid and La Coruña (Spain). The Spanish brand Joma is producing the sneakers, which are revamps of its Supercross, Fenix and Storm Viper III models. The Storm Viper contains a kind of cushioning, called Reactiveball, whose expanded particles snap back into shape quickly on impact. The Supercross model combines Reactiveball with the Full Dual Pulsor system, for heavy runners. All three models use the Stabilis system for stability and are designed for runners with a pace above four seconds in four- to six-day training sessions of middle to long distance.
