Boardriders has appointed Deborah Palmer Keiser as chief operating officer, according to Shop-Eat-Surf. Replacing Colin Smith, who served as COO on an interim basis, she will start her job at the company’s head office in California on Dec. 13. Keiser has been most recently the president of Timbuk2, the California-based brand of travel accessories, since February 2020. In her previous stations, she worked for Victoria’s Secret and Gap before her appointment in 2006 as senior vice president of international operations at Williams Sonora, based in France. She subsequently worked on the supply chain for Yeezy and the Sundance Holdings Group.
