A total of 228,543 visitors were counted at the 7th edition of the annual Rimini Wellness fair in the Italian resort of Rimini on May 10-13, or 9 percent more than one year ago. Some 400 companies participated in the event, whose scope has been widening beyond the health and fitness segment. The Italian sporting goods industry association, Assosport, again brought in a number of important member companies from the fitness and outdoor sectors including Life Fitness, Precor, Star Trac, Crispi, Gabel, Garmont, Lafuma, Scarpa and Vibram.
