Adidas America and Adidas AG have filed a federal complaint in Portland, Oregon, against K&W, Ultra International and Soccerteamwork.com for trademark infringement. Adidas claims the California-based defendants have infringed on both its registered Three Stripes trademark and the Jabulani trade dress with products sold through their website.
