Adidas has announced that Amanda Rajkumar, 51, member of the company’s Executive Board and Labor Director of Adidas responsible for Global Human Resources, People and Culture, has decided not to extend her executive board mandate beyond Dec. 31, 2023. The termination of Rajkumar’s appointment as an executive board member is effective July 15. Michelle Robertson, Senior Vice-President Workplaces and Global Functions, will assume responsibility for Global Human Resources, People and Culture on an interim basis, reporting to Adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden.
Rajkumar joined the Adidas Executive Board as HR chief at the beginning of 2021, following a 28-year career in HR roles in global organizations. At Adidas, she devised and implemented a “people strategy” aimed at efficiently harmonizing and unifying employee experience across the company and establishing Adidas as a global values-led organization.
