Adidas has become the title sponsor of Euroleague Basketball's international junior tournament for the next two years. The German sports brand will replace Nike as the title sponsor of the 14th edition of the Next Generation tournament, qualifying for which will begin at the end of December in Rome. The partnership will give Adidas media and in-arena rights during the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Game of the Week and will include grassroots basketball initiatives, exclusive apparel offerings and product testing. The tournament started with eight teams in 2003 and this edition will see a total of 32 clubs from 15 European countries, all competing to become the junior club champions of Europe.
