Adidas has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against five defendants in a U.S. District Court in California. The subjects allegedly sold shoes infringing on the Three-Stripe design. The defendants are Wah Lei Footwear, Fu Ju Group, Sunny Shoes Corporation, Top Shoes and L.A. Discount Shoes, all based in California.
