Adidas, its TaylorMade golf subsidiary, Callaway and ECCO USA are being sued by Greenkeepers, a company in Pennsylvania and Delaware, for alleged trademark infringement. Greenkeepers claims to have a patent for cleats invented by Francis C. Carroll of Philadelphia, and accuses the defendants of copying it.
