After divesting several non-core operations, IC Group has shrunk its executive board from eight to six members. The former chief financial officer, Rud Trabjerg Pedersen, and the former chief executive of By Malene Birger, Charlotte Egelund, have resigned from their positions. Alexander Martensen-Larsen, 40, will be the group's new CFO, adding to his responsibility for strategy, business development, investor relations and legal functions. Morten Linnet, who has worked on various projects for the Danish-based group since 2006, will run the By Malene Birger brand. Nicolas Warchalowski remains on the board as CEO of Peak Performance, along with the group's CEO, Mads Ryder, and two other executives.
