After Getafe, Leganés and Villarreal, Joma Sport has expanded its sponsorship roster with a fourth Spanish pro football team, SD Eibar of LaLiga. The sportswear brand will be the club's exclusive official technical sponsor from July 1 and during the 2019/2020 season. Eibar was formerly with Puma. In addition, Joma has secured its first sponsorship in Germany's Bundesliga through a contract with the Hoffenheim club, taking the place of Lotto Sport Italia for the next four years. This is not, however, the Spanish sportswear brand's first foray into Germany, as it is already sponsoring Arminia Bielefeld of Bundesliga 2 and two handball teams, TBV-Lemgo Lippe and Thüringer. Elsewhere in Italy, Bergamo's club has extended its sponsorship deal with Joma – originally set to expire in 2021 – for another three years.
