Alchemy Equipment, the New Zealand brand of contemporary urban apparel with performance functions, has appointed Big Bear as its distributor for the U.K. and Ireland. The brand is already available from a few British stores, such as two Snow & Rock stores, which have been covered directly from New Zealand through Franck Spiewack, vice president of global sales and marketing. Big Bear is a company headed by Mitch Terleckyj and involved in distribution of brands such as Spyder. Big Bear, which has a showroom in west London, will start with the spring/summer 2018 range, targeting primarily premium sportswear, lifestyle and department stores.
