Amazon files suit with HanesBrands against counterfeiters

Amazon and HanesBrands have jointly filed 13 lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. They allege that 17 defendants sold through Amazon’s marketplace silicone protective earbud case covers under the Champion name, a trademark registered by HanesBrands.
