American Golf, the big British golf retailer, is launching a spate of initiatives to support This Girl Can, the campaign initiated by Sport England aiming to stimulate sports activity among women aged 14 to 40. American Golf particularly wants to make it less intimidating for girls and women to try out golf, by offering a relaxed environment where they may drop in with their friends to discover the game with PGA professionals. The activities are starting this month and will run through May for the National Golf Month.
