Anta Sports Products has formed a strategic alliance with the media firm SINA Corporation. The two companies intend to work together on marketing and promotion for a number of upcoming global sporting events, including the Asian Games in November and the 2012 Olympic Games in London. The joint effort will produce a number of online media from videos to interactive communities. For the first quarter ended March 31, Anta’s total revenues fell by 14 percent to $54.3 million.
