As part of the global restructuring plan it announced in July, Callaway Golf is going to spend about 18 months reorganizing its facilities for golf ball production and distribution in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Most of the operations now conducted at the site will be moved, but details have not been finalized yet. The overhaul is expected to involve $5.3 million to $6.8 million in estimated charges over the next 18 months.
