Asics' Running Expo, held in Paris in conjunction with the Paris Marathon, drew nearly 65,000 visitors over its two and a half days, April 12-14. At its 1,000-square-meter stand, Asics sold more than 1,000 pairs of shoes, signed up 482 people for the MyAsics program, and tested 515 people with its Foot ID equipment. The marathon, of which Asics is a major partner, drew 34,297 runners to the starting line on the Champs-Elysées, and an audience of about 736,000 watched it on France 3.
