English footballer Harry Maguire has co-founded Feedz, an AI coaching app that converts spoken audio notes into structured player reports — a model that bets coach time saved on paperwork is a bigger product problem than the quality of feedback itself.
English footballer Harry Maguire is a co-founder and investor in Feedz, a new coaching app that claims to revolutionize sports coaching with AI-powered feedback technology. The platform allows coaches to record brief audio notes about athlete performance, which are subsequently processed by artificial intelligence into structured coaching reports, ready to be shared with players and parents. Feedz aims to let coaches spend more time on the pitch instead of burning out on paperwork.
“Better feedback builds better players — at every level of the game. Feedz gives coaches the tools they need to make real impact,” said Maguire.
The 33-year-old Manchester United defender has invested in the tool alongside co-founder Matt White, a former advertising executive who oversees Feedz’ product and commercial strategy.
Coaches press “record” and speak freely about what they saw — no typing or notes, just their voice. Using artificial intelligence, Feedz processes the coach’s voice in under a minute and builds a structured, professional report tailored to the sport and athlete. Finally, the report can be shared direcly from the app, with athletes and parents receiving it instantly in the form of a PDF, e-mail or in-app.
Feedz is live on the App Store, Google Play and web portal. Coaches select a flexible plan according on the number of reports they generate, making it suitable for a grassroots team or a full Academy.
