BasicNet has signed a new licensing agreement for handbags, luggage and other accessories under the K-Way brand name for the European market. It will first be presented at the Pitti Uomo fair in Florence later this month. The licensee, Tichebox, has similar contracts with Tommy Hilfiger, Napapijri and U.S. Polo Association. Separately, BasicNet has signed up a licensee in China, Electric Sekki, for its Superga brand of casual sneakers (more in Shoe Intelligence).
