Bernard McDonell has been named chairman of the board of Bauer Performance Sports. A member of the board since March 2011, McDonell steps in to replace W. Graeme Roustan, who stepped down and withdrew his name for re-election consideration because of increasing responsibilities with other companies. McDonell is the lead director of First Capital Realty. In addition, Bauer's nominating committee suggested that C. Michael Jacobi, previously the president and chief executive of Timex, join its board as a member.
