Bernd Hummel, the licensee for KangaROOS in Germany and many other European countries, has a new distributor in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since July, Urban Shoes has been working as sales agent for the brand with some retailers and as distributor for other accounts. In the U.K., Bernd Hummel has signed a contract with Gardiner Bros & Co, distributor of brands such as Puma, Dr. Martens, The Flexx, Timberland and Skechers, for the sales of KangaROOS' product line from this month. Previously, the brand's few customers in the U.K. were handled directly from Germany.
