Berta de Pablos-Barbier, 43, was recently appointed executive director of strategic marketing at Lacoste. She was previously involved in international marketing and communication at Mars and at Boucheron. According to the French media, Lacoste is working on a new management structure following its takeover by Maus Frères. Members of the Lacoste family, which sold all its shares to the Swiss group, should continue to be involved. No layoffs are lanned.
