Berta de Pablos-Barbier joins Lacoste as executive director of strategic marketing. Aged 43, she succeeds Leslie Serrero, who has left for Christian Dior Couture. Until 2011, Pablos-Barbier was international vice president for marketing and communications at Boucheron, after an experience in international marketing in the consumer goods industry with Mars.
