Bios, a distributor that has represented Rossignol in Sweden since 1986, has given up on the contract to concentrate on fishing tackle, following its recent merger with Nordic Outdoor in Norway. Starting with the fall/winter 2011-12 season, the new Swedish distributor of Rossignol is JO Sport (unrelated to the French sporting goods retail chain by the same name), which has been distributing Dynastar, Lange and Look successfully in the country. The sales network will remain distinct, however. Recently, the four brands of the Rossignol Group were placed in the hands of the same distributor in Norway and Spain, in contrast with previous practices.
