Bogner has appointed Christian Wiesender as international sales director for Bogner Sport. He worked for 13 years at Puma, most recently as global head of sales and merchandising for its fashion and lifestyle segment. Bogner seems more serious about raising its international presence. After setting up a subsidiary in Hong Kong in October 2012, the brand assumed the distribution of its ski apparel collection in Korea from the 2013/14 season. It is currently searching for a distribution partner in China. Separately, Bogner appointed Getrud Köppel as its new country manager for Switzerland last November. Köppel previously worked for Hugo Boss and Bongénie Grieder.
