Bonvita, a major Danish distributor for footwear, will introduce K-Swiss and Wolverine to the Swedish market. The K-Swiss brand was distributed in Sweden by various companies up until a few years ago, although it has now disappeared from retail shelves. Bonvita will set up major showrooms in Stockholm and Gothenburg to create visibility for the brands, and has appointed Pierre Hedberg as sales manager to oversee a network of sales agents in the country. Hedberg most recently worked in the Merrell footwear division at Bonvita. The Danish company has six brands in its portfolio: K-Swiss, Wolverine, Merrell, Vans, Patagonia and Lofu, and distributes the first three brands in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
