Branded Logo Limited and its chain of outdoor shops, Hawkshead, have been sold to the Regatta Group, which has retained its 180 employees. Previously owned by Cavden Group and by two venture capital firms, the company has been in receivership since the beginning of July. It has been run since by David Rubin & Partners, a London-based firm of chartered accountants which launched a restructuring plan to improve operational performance and attract potential buyers.
