We learn from Retail Technology Innovation Hub that Nike has set up 3D holograms at its Paris store, the House of Innovation, to promote its new Air Max Dn sneaker.
To handle the set-up, Nike hired Hypervsn, a specialist in 3D displays and “phygital” marketing with headquarters in the UK, and Hypervsn, in turn, hired a German company called Satis&fy, which specializes in event design and planning.
According to Nike’s YouTube video about the decor, there are four such displays, all identical and resembling round telephone booths.
According to Retail Technology Innovation Hub, the three companies collaborated before, setting up 3D animations at Nike’s London store back in 2020. Hypervsn, meanwhile, works with a couple of Nike rivals, Puma and Adidas, as well as other sports brands, including Base and Lacoste.
