In Seoul’s culturally rich Bukchon neighborhood, Adidas celebrates its 75th anniversary by opening the company’s first specialty sneaker store in Korea, the Bukchon Heritage Store.

The unique building includes a small yard in front of the store, reflecting the traditional Korean houses called hanok. Inside, traditional floor patterns and hanji ceiling lighting express a mix of Korean culture with Originals’ identity.

In addition to exclusive products designed with Korean touches, consumers will also find Adidas Originals products. Adidas has also produced a special version of the classic Samba, called Samba Tal. The shoe is a reinterpretation of the iconic design inspired by the traditional Korean mask dance.

When the store opened, Adidas held a “Sneakerheads Workshop,” allowing customers to customize their sneakers and celebrate their individuality.
