There is no in-store doubt at Adidas. And with the Olympics coming to Los Angeles in four years, the investment in two brand new flagship stores in the Californian city seems perfect. It’s not a wild guess that interest in sports equipment will only increase in the coming years with Los Angeles 2028 coming.

The two stores have opened in West Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). Adidas’ new West Hollywood store is located at 8428 Melrose and spans 5,390-square-feet. Collections with Y-3, Stella McCartney, and Adidas Originals are showcased alongside performance products. Adidas’ in-house creative team designed the store, and the company said it wanted to combine minimalist design with the energy of Los Angeles. The store’s layout features two distinct rooms and “The Lab,” which spotlights the brand’s stories and collaborations.

On the other hand, the DTLA store, which opened on September 12, is dedicated to Adidas Originals and is located at 761 South Broadway. The company said the store spans two levels and will function as a community hub, hosting workshops, events, and collaborations with local artists.

“Los Angeles is a center for culture and a global destination for sports, arts, and entertainment,” John Miller, president of Adidas North America, said. “The city inspires our brand to innovate and create products that connect with the diverse lifestyles of our consumers.”
