Taiwan’s largest fitness chain, with 140 clubs and 500,000 members, becomes Hyrox’s biggest APAC partner under a three-year agreement — one structured to function as a replicable franchise template across 286 World Gym locations in ten countries.

World Gym Corporation, the owner of the global World Gym brand, has announced a three-year strategic partnership with indoor fitness racing series Hyrox. The collaboration, described as Hyrox’s largest partnership in the APAC region, initially extends directly to the corporate-owned World Gym locations in Taiwan, with planned expansion into Thailand later this year.

“Partnering with World Gym gives Hyrox access to one of Asia’s most sophisticated fitness markets,” said Calvin Wong, Director of APAC at Hyrox 365. “Beyond Taiwan, World Gym’s global franchise presence across 10 markets, in addition to Thailand, creates exciting possibilities for the continued growth of Hyrox globally.”

The new partnership with Hyrox leverages World Gym Taiwan’s infrastructure to accelerate Hyrox’s growth throughout Taiwan. The agreement is also meant to establish a scalable model for expansion across World Gym’s global franchise network spanning ten countries and 286 locations. 

The partnership establishes Hyrox as an approved vendor for World Gym’s international franchise network, paving the way for expanded collaboration across multiple markets. World Gym Taiwan will integrate Hyrox training into its personal training services and club operations. Additionally, World Gym Taiwan will host mini events and satellite challenges featuring Hyrox-style competitions at venues across Taiwan.
