Léon Marchand has joined Speedo as a global ambassador in a new partnership agreement.

Beyond the pool, the four-time Olympic Gold medalist and seven-time World Champion will be involved with product innovation, collaborating on future swimwear and equipment design. As part of the Speedo family, Marchand will also mentor the next generation of young swimmers. 

Thanks to his performances at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Léon Marchand became the first French swimmer to claim multiple golds at a single Games, winning four titles across the 200m breaststroke, butterfly, and medley, plus the 400m medley. “I’ve grown up with Speedo – it’s been with me every step of my journey,” said the athlete.

Speedo was born on Bondi Beach, Australia, in 1928. Speedo has been a member of the Pentland Brands family since 1991, and its products are now available in more than 170 countries worldwide.
