Italian brand Macron continues to dress up top clubs. In the coming season, two more classic football clubs will wear sportswear with Macron’s logo, the Hero, printed on it.

The jerseys of Ferencváros, the most titled and supported team in Hungary, will feature the Macron Hero in the coming seasons. A long-term partnership between the Italian brand and the Green Eagles of Budapest has been made official. In its 125-year history, the club has collected 35 national titles, 24 Hungarian Cups and six Super Cups of Hungary, but the prestige of this club goes beyond national borders. In the international arena, Ferencváros is the only club to have won major European trophies and was the first Hungarian team to reach the UEFA Champions League group stage.

A historic Czech football club is also joining the Macron family. Starting next season, the Hero will be featured on the jerseys of FC Baník Ostrava, a team that plays in the Chance Liga, the top football league in the Czech Republic. The club represents Ostrava, a city in the Silesian region and the third largest after Prague and Brno. It will be the second team after Viktoria Pilsen to wear Macron technical apparel in the Czech top flight. The club’s trophy cabinet includes 3 Czechoslovak championships, 1 Czech championship, 3 Cups of Czechoslovakia and 1 Cup of the Czech Republic. The fourth place in the last championship allowed Baník Ostrava to participate in the UEFA Conference League preliminaries next season.
