Mo Farah´s app provides ultra-personalized training for runner at all levels.

URUNN is a goal-driven training app for runners of all abilities. Its training plans evolve based on a user’s experience, pace and specific race objectives. Training programs are available for race distances including 5K, 10K, half marathon and full marathon, with flexible durations from 6 to 28 weeks. The training plans are generated by AI technology, which adjusts them as a runner progresses.

Users also have access to real-time guidance from coaches including Farah himself, Clarke, elite marathoner Charlotte Purdue and Rory Knight. The app also offers 24/7 support via Stride AI. In addition, it includes social features like a Run Feed designed to foster connection and encouragement among members and a Community Chat.
