A Gold Lion and two Silver Lions at Cannes 2026 for Shape of Dreams confirm On’s move beyond premium running into creative culture. Directed by Spike Jonze, the campaign introduced On’s first co-created collection with Zendaya and came close to winning the Film Craft Grand Prix.

On won a Gold Lion and two Silver Lions at the 2026 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for Shape of Dreams, a campaign film directed by Spike Jonze that introduced the Swiss brand’s first collection created with Zendaya.

The Film Craft category recognizes execution and production quality. On won Gold for Direction and Silver Lions for Editing and Use of Original Music. The Film Craft jury highlighted the film during deliberations, jury president Pip Smart said.

Set inside Zendaya’s imagined design world, “The Dream Lab,” the film moves through shifting silhouettes and materials as outfits stretch, shrink and settle into their final form.

Instead of presenting the finished collection, the campaign centers the act of making. Jonze, whose film credits include Her and Being John Malkovich, built the sequences with practical effects and forced perspective rather than computer generated imagery. That choice aligns with a broader turn toward physical craft and human authorship that multiple Cannes craft juries referenced this year.
