Polartec and Australian by L’Alpina have collaborated on a capsule collection, consisting of the Digital T-shirt (€79), Digital Polo Shirt (€89), Nocturna Short (€69) and Digital Polarfleece Tracksuit (€219). All are available at Australian-brand.com.
Polartec, teaming up for the first time with a tennis brand, is contributing three things. The main fabric is Micro Fleece, a synthetic that the company says offers “warmth without weight“ and “high breathability“ and is made entirely from recycled plastic. Power Dry is a two-layer base layer, for moisture wicking on the inside and evaporation on the outside. And Fresh Face is a deodorizing treatment that trades metals for mint extracts – derived from non-GMO plants cultivated in Willamette, Oregon.
