Brendratti enters the European market from Italy. The US luxury fashion brand offers collections that range from beachwear to golf fashion, athleisure and ready-to-wear. The brand had a stand at the latest edition of the Maredamare trade show in Florence in July.
Brendratti was founded in 2016 by Anthony Brenner and his wife Christina Andratti. The brand’s name is a mash-up of the founders’ surnames. The company claims its collections are 100 percent Made in Italy and inspired by Venetian culture and style. The brand’s full name is Brendratti Venezia, a tribute to the iconic Italian city.
The company claims to be the only golf wear brand in the world that is 100 percent manufactured in Italy. Brendratti’s golfing apparel and skiwear are produced by Bergamo-based La Rocca, founded by Flavio Forlani and currently controlled by Isa Seta.
Brendratti Venezia posted $1.8 million in revenues in 2023, and the owners expect revenues to reach $2.6 million in 2024, Fashion Network reported. After creating a dedicated team for the direct-to-consumer business, the brand is also considering opening its first stores. According to the report, plans for the inaugural stores include Palm Beach and Miami, then Italy, most likely Forte dei Marmi.
