Bryan Timm is leaving as president and chief operating officer of Columbia Sportswear, after 20 years with the company. The company says his responsibilities will be handled by other senior managers while it goes through a reassessment of its operating model. Tim Boyle, chief executive of the group, says Timm played an integral role in the brand's growth from an annual turnover of $300 million to $2.4 billion. He served as controller, chief financial officer and treasurer.
