CamelBak has appointed Sally McCoy as its chief executive and president, replacing J. Marty O’Donohue, who was named to the position last January. McCoy, who had previously been on Camelbak’s board of directors, will no longer run Silver Steep Partners, an investment company that is geared specifically towards companies in the outdoor and active lifestyle industries and that she helped establish in 2004. In her career of more than 20 years, McCoy also served as president of Sierra Designs and as vice president of The North Face, among other assignments.
