Canterbury announced that Geoff Parling, who plays for the Leicester Tigers team and for the national England rugby team – both sponsored by the company – has become its newest brand ambassador. Meanwhile, Canterbury is using a new interactive 3D photo booth at the Twickenham stadium that allows fans of the English Rugby Football Union (RFU) to “join the lineup.” They can pose for a picture before its international matches in the company of the team's coach, Stuart Lancaster, as well as its captain, Chris Robshaw and other key members of the England team such as Chris Ashton and Toby Flood. The picture will see them wearing the new England home shirt developed by the company, now a property of Pentland Group, as part of its four-year sponsorship of the team.
