Carrie Teffer will join Crocs's management as executive vice president and as its new chief financial officer on Dec. 16, resigning from its board of directors. She previously ran financial affairs at PetSmart, Weber-Stephens and Timberland. Mike Smith has been acting as interim CFO at Crocs lately.
