Castore, a British brand of luxury sportswear, is Andy Murray's new sponsor for apparel. The tennis pro has had a deal with Under Armour, worth $25 million, for the past several years, but that contract is coming to end – as is Murray's professional career. The former No. 1 British tennis player is planning to make this summer's Wimbledon his final tournament and retire thereafter. He wore Castore apparel for his recent appearance at the Australian Open, where he was eliminated in the first round. Under Armour has inked successful deals with the NBA player Stephen Curry and the professional golfer Jordan Spieth, signing them before they became stars. But the deal with Murray, signed at about the same time, came at the height of his asking price and just before a spate of injuries kept him off the court.
