Chip Wilson, the controversial founder of Lululemon Athletica and holder of 14.5 percent of its shares, says he has appointed Kathryn Henry to the company's board of directors, exercising his board nomination rights. Henry already worked for Lululemon from 2010 to 2014. Wilson said she knows the vertically integrated company intimately, having served as its chief information officer and senior vice president of distribution logistics. Henry has been responsible for building up Lululemon's IT system and launching its e-commerce. Wilson added that he still think that changes in corporate governance are needed at Lululemon.
