Christophe Roszak and Daniel Labails have both left Go Sport, two years after joining the French sporting goods retailer in February 2005. Their departure follows the publication of a net loss for the third year in a row. Roszak, who was the manager of the Go Sport store network, has been replaced by Dominique Prévost. The latter has been responsible for directing the rapidly improving network of Courir stores since September 2004, and he will now manage both networks. Prévost, 47, joined the group as a regional director in March 2002 and was appointed director of Courir two and a half years later with a brief to re-launch the company. Meanwhile, a replacement is being sought to replace Labails, who was Go Sport’s buying director. The group has hired a manager with a real estate background, Christophe Dupont, as development manager.
