Claudia Lange has been appointed head of media relations at the Adidas Group. Lange assumed the newly created position, based at the headquarters in Herzogenaurach in Germany, at the beginning of August. She is responsible for the global media relations team and for the management and coordination of the media work of the company. Lange comes with a background in communications consultancy and was previously active in various functions at the Lufthansa Group from 2006 to 2016. Most recently, she was based in New York as head of communication for the Americas (North and Latin American). Prior to this, she was responsible for media relation at the Lufthansa headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. At Adidas, Lange reports to Katja Schreiber, vice president of corporate communication.
