Columbia Sportswear has appointed Richelle T. Luther as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She has been the company's deputy general counsel since 2008. Columbia has also named David M. Brulé as general manager of the company's wholly owned Canadian subsidiary. A former director of Reebok Canada, he has been with Columbia's Canadian operations since 2009, serving most recently as interim general manager and director of retail operations. The former country manager, Dave Van Trigt, passed away earlier this year.
