Columbia Sportswear has launched a new line of golf performance sportswear and outerwear. In addition, the company is sponsoring several professional golf players who will wear and promote the new Columbia Golf range in this year's PGA Tour events. Endorsers will include Robert Garrigus, Ryan Palmer and Jason Kokrak. The new collection comes in 28 new styles and includes classic polos, rainwear and windbreakers, as well as performance shorts and pants. The products incorporates waterproof breathable membranes and cooling fabrics, to help golfers stay the course in any weather while ensuring the necessary mobility. Columbia's technologies are used across the line, including Omni-Tech waterproof breathable jackets, Omni-Freeze Zero sweat-activated cooling polo shirts, and various pieces that feature Omni-Shade sun protection. Columbia will sell its golf products through its licensee Outdoor Custom Sportswear (OCS).
