The Women’s Padel Association (WPA) and the International Padel Players Association (IPPA) have formed a partnership to encourage women’s padel in Asia, according to the International Padel Cluster (CIP).

WPA is to serve as the IPPA’s Official Anchor Partner in Asia, in cooperation with Asia Padel Events, to increase memberships, develop players, train coaches and continue to professionalize the sport – all through the WPA’s federations, clubs, programs and tournaments.

They have new membership categories in view for professional and amateur players of the International Padel Federation (FIP), but the fundamental notion is to bring Asian players into the fold of what the CIP calls the “international professional ecosystem.”

IPPA members will be gaining access to clinics at tournaments organized by Asia Padel Events, of which more than 20 are slated for this year, and to WPA programs.
