Considering that the French ski market has a very high potential for further development, despite the presence of two big local players, Fischer has decided to set up its own wholly owned subsidiary in the country. Called Fischer France, it will take over the business from its former exclusive distributor, FKF Sports. Its general manager will be Jean-Marc Labouret, a former Rossignol official who acted as FKF’s sales manager.
